Credits are your single balance for everything: monthly fee for your lines, outgoing calls, forwarding to external phones, cost per minute of reception (if your number has it), sending SMS and all agent AI - voice synthesis, speech recognition and processing to understand, answer and execute tasks. They are only deducted when you use them; internal functions such as calls between employees, switchboard or monitor do not consume credits. Recharge from €5 and your balance never expires.

To recharge credits and access services such as IP telephony, AI agents or SMS sending, you first need to complete identity verification. It is a quick process that you can start from Settings → Billing. Once verified, you will be able to top up from €5 with any available payment method.

Yes, you can port your numbers to our platform without losing a single call. The process takes between 5 and 15 business days depending on the operator of origin. You can also contract new numbers in more than 90 countries.
Your numbers are automatically renewed every 30 days after you sign up. After 20 days we check your balance and, if it is not enough for the renewal, we make an automatic recharge of 20 € so that your line is not interrupted. You can deactivate the renewal at any time from your panel.
Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). This is the only method available for automatic recharges from the platform. For large accounts with specific needs, we also offer the option of payment by bank transfer.
