How do prepaid credits work?

Credits are your single balance for everything: monthly line fees, outgoing calls, call forwarding to external numbers, per-minute reception charges (if your number has them), sending SMS messages, and all agent AI features—text-to-speech, speech recognition, and processing to understand, respond, and perform tasks. Credits are only deducted when you use them; internal functions such as calls between employees, the switchboard, or the monitor do not consume credits. Top up starting at €5, and your balance never expires.

💡 Tip: Enable automatic top-up from Settings → Billing to avoid running out of credit and having your lines or AI services interrupted.

How can I top up my balance?

To top up credits and access services like IP telephony, AI agents, or SMS messaging, you first need to complete identity verification. It’s a quick process you can start from Settings → Billing. Once verified, you can top up starting at €5 using any available payment method.

Where can I check call and SMS rates?

Right here. Select a country from the dropdown above to view all rates: outgoing calls, incoming calls, virtual numbers, and SMS. Prices are in euros, with no hidden fees. You can also download the full rate list as a PDF or Excel file from the platform under Settings → Billing → SMS and Voice Rates.

Are there any minimum contract terms?

No. You can cancel at any time without penalties or hidden costs. We believe the best way to keep you is by offering great service, not by tying you down with contracts.

Can I keep my current numbers?

Yes, you can port your numbers to our platform without missing a single call. The process takes between 5 and 15 business days depending on your original carrier. You can also sign up for new numbers in over 90 countries.

How does billing work?

Your numbers are automatically renewed every 30 days from the date of purchase. After 20 days, we check your balance, and if it’s not enough for renewal, we automatically top up your account with €20 so your service isn’t interrupted. You can disable auto-renewal at any time from your dashboard.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). This is the only method available for automatic top-ups through the platform. For large accounts with specific needs, we also offer the option to pay via bank transfer.
